Meet Chef Heather Otero: The Gingered Chef
You can now find them around town in her mobile food trailer displaying her newest branding, The Gingered Chef! The food trailer is hard to miss while exhibiting the widely recognized tattooed, short red haired ginger as an animated self-portrait logo and has been described by many as very “Food Network-esque.”
Signature Dishes You’ll Crave
The Gingered Chef will offer a variety of menus depending on the day - from Puerto Rican staples like homemade soup and empanadas, all the way to elevated gourmet plates like chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, or surf-n-turf subs bursting with the island flavors that her foodie fans have come to depend on!
