Rise Yaupon’s top selling-tea was developed with wellness in mind, but its formulation was a true family affair.

I’m not really a tea guy. So when we got to Rise Yaupon in Edgewater and Shelly Steele handed me a cup, I wasn’t sure what I was going to think. I took a sip, and the first thing I noticed was what wasn’t there: no bitter finish. I took another sip just to make sure. Yep, still good. I asked Shelly about it, and that pretty much started the tour.

Well, fall showed up right on schedule. The first official week of fall actually brought us some cooler weather - even if it was mostly in the mornings. I’ll take it. Thank you, Mother Earth.

We can't believe it's been a year! There have been many ups and downs, but a year in, Dutch Oven Bread Co. has found its rhythm. We still think about opening week. The first transport of product from our kitchen to the bakery, people lining up outside, and seeing the same faces who'd supported us from the very beginning standing first in line.
