Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of partnering with them to host a series of unique events. And let me tell you, the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. UNIQUE EVENTS, UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES

One of our standout events was an island beach party with the one and only Bobby G, where we spent hours island hopping on the water, embracing our inner beachtown locals. The atmosphere was relaxed, the company was fantastic, and the memories made were unforgettable. Another highlight was our “Hostess with the Mostest” event - a more intimate gathering with 24 attendees aboard a three-hour sunset cruise through the intracoastal. During this event, I had the pleasure of teaching everyone how to build a six-foot grazing table for under $100! Each event was unique, but what they all had in common was the incredible turnout and the rave reviews from everyone who attended.

Toon Tiki’s staff is truly dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. Their captains and crew are fully licensed and insured, with years of experience navigating the waterways. You can rest easy knowing you’re in good hands.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Kanaloa Tiki Boat. This isn’t just a floating tiki bar; it’s a 40 foot tiki barge built by Sightseeker Boat Builders in Hudson, Florida, in 2020. Equipped with two 150 Mercury motors, the Kanaloa is designed for fun and relaxation.

The boat features a sound system, LED lights, and plenty of seating for you and your friends. Whether you’re planning a daytime event or an evening cruise, the Kanaloa has you covered. The thatched roof provides perfect shade from the sun during the day, while the string lights create a magical ambiance at night. With a couch-like seating area at the front and bar-style seating at the back, there’s plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the ride. And yes, there’s even a bathroom on board - because Toon Tiki has thought of everything.

PARTNERSHIPS AND VERSATILE OPTIONS

We aren’t the only ones who have partnered with Toon Tiki for events. Other companies, like Riverpark Terrace, have hosted wine tastings on board, adding to the versatility of what the Kanaloa can offer.

BYOB AND CATERED EVENTS

When it comes to refreshments, Toon Tiki operates on a BYOB basis unless otherwise specified. They provide a large cooler, plenty of ice, cups, napkins, and a selection of individually packaged snacks. For our daytime event, we brought our own beverages and had sandwiches catered by Bagel Barn. For the evening cruise, we charged a little extra to include wine, sangria, and a grazing table (pictured below). However, unless otherwise specified, you’ll need to bring your own food and drinks - other than the snacks and water provided.

PARTY VIBES WITH PERSONAL TUNES

One of the highlights of the Kanaloa is the ability to control the music through the built-in speakers. We hooked up our devices, and the sound quality was fantastic - making it the perfect party cruise.

PRIVATE EVENTS AND CASUAL CRUISES

If you’re looking to rent out the entire boat for a private event, Tracey is more than happy to discuss and plan the perfect event tailored to your needs. Alternatively, if you’re looking for a more casual trip, you can hop on with other guests. Since it is a larger boat, there’s a minimum booking requirement, so keep in mind that if not enough people sign up for a trip, it could potentially get canceled.

EASY BOOKING AND SEAMLESS COMMUNICATION

Booking your cruise with Toon Tiki is easy. Visit their website, choose your day and time, and complete your purchase - all online. Communication is seamless, with email confirmations, text reminders, and all the information you need, including where to meet and park. The boat departs from the New Smyrna Beach City Marina, but there’s ample parking at their office on Magnolia Street, where a Toon Tiki Shuttle will take you and your belongings directly to the boat. They recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for everyone to get settled.

HOSPITALITY MONDAYS: A SPECIAL DEAL

One of Toon Tiki’s popular weekly events is Hospitality Mondays, where tickets are 50 percent off, offering those in the hospitality industry a much-needed day of relaxation for just $30. Local restaurants like The Spott and Merk’s have taken advantage of this deal, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS ON THE WATER

In addition to being a fantastic venue for birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties, weddings, and holiday celebrations, Toon Tiki also offers health and wellness activities like yoga, boot camp, and Zumba classes on a sandbar! Imagine working out on the beach with the beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway as your backdrop.
