A Day of Learning, Leadership, and Advocacy

The one-day conference focused on market insight, professional development, advocacy, leadership connection, and regional collaboration. The program featured an economic update from Dr. Brad O’Connor, Chief Economist for Florida Realtors®, and a keynote presentation from national speaker Maura Neill, whose session, “You, Improved,” focused on building practical systems for sustainable business success.

Attendees also participated in leadership conversations, including a Florida Realtors® Candidate Forum led by District II Vice President Jennifer Snyder. Advocacy was highlighted by Scott Steger, NSBBOR President and Florida Realtors® RPAC Trustee, who spoke about REALTOR® involvement in protecting private property rights, homeownership, and the real estate profession.

The event included a trade show featuring local and regional business partners, whose services, tools, and expertise support REALTOR® education, member resources, and industry connection.

Creating Lasting Industry Connections

By bringing District II together in New Smyrna Beach, the conference strengthened regional relationships, supported local business connections, and reinforced the role REALTORS® play in serving communities across the region.
